The first step is to phone our office at the numbers below to find out space availability on the trip on which you are interested in joining. Once confirmed, we will hold the space for 10 days until we receive your deposit: Most trips require a $1,000.00 per person per week non-refundable deposit to secure space.  The balance is due 90 days prior to departure (unless otherwise indicated).

It is mandatory that all trip participants read and endorse a liability release agreement prior to departure:. click here To download and print the mandatory trip registration form and liabilty release forms in PDF, or we will fax or email a copy of this to you when you make your reservation with us. As part of the reservation process, this form needs to be filled out and endorsed by all trip partcipants, and then faxed back to us. Special diets can be accommodated by request.
